Friday was an interesting day. We left at around 7AM, returned at around 8:30 when I promptly went to sleep. Most of the time was spent driving at 10-20 mile per hour through congestic traffic on "beautiful" Southern California freeways.....

It's Monday. Tomorrow is weigh-in day. In the past I've weighed in every 2 weeks and had significant weigh-loss to show. During my first weigh in I lost 8.4 lbs. During my second weigh in I lost an additional 4 lbs. What will it be tomorrow?

It's Sunday, April 9th.
I didn't keep track of yesterday's food.... Lots of stressors could well be at fault here, but I ate as healthy as I could. Today I decided to eliminate the main stressor, which should make this month, at least, a more effective weight-loss month. Still to make ammends, I'm taking an extra 10 pts from my weekly points off, which makes it 25 weekly points left.

Success :)
The weigh in for today shows I've lost another 4 lbs since the last weigh in, meaning I've lost a total of 12.6 lbs since I've been on this diet. Hooray :) This diet is working for me, so far, quite well.
