Day 28

It's Monday. Tomorrow is weigh-in day. In the past I've weighed in every 2 weeks and had significant weigh-loss to show. During my first weigh in I lost 8.4 lbs. During my second weigh in I lost an additional 4 lbs. What will it be tomorrow?

Today's Diet

Breakfast

6 pts - 2 Nature Valley Bars

Lunch
4 pts - Smart Ones Turkey Medallions with Mushroom Gravy

Late Lunch
3 pts - Shrimp Marinara

Dinner
4 pts - 4, 3" corn on the cob
2 pts - 1 Golden Apple
Late Dinner
3 pts - Trader Joe's Oatmeal

Total Points - 24 pts
Weekly Points left - 25 pts
